About Teacher Closet

All Heart Inc. LOVES Teachers! Teacher Closet is an initiative designed to bridge the gap between our community and classroom teachers.

Did you know that over 90 percent of teachers spend an average of $500 on classroom supplies throughout the year? (National Education Association). Teacher Closet allows our community a year round opportunity to provide continuous support to teachers by providing a free shopping experience for needed classroom supplies. We’ve partnered with teachers and formed a list of common items that are often purchased out of pocket and stocked those items for teachers to “shop” for free.

By offering support through our Teacher Closet initiative, we hope to be a positive platform that initiates ongoing conversations about the conditions that affect public school classroom teachers. We help to fill gaps between what school districts are able to provide and the daily needs of educators, support new teachers as they create their classroom environments, provide resources for teachers changing positions or teaching assignments, and aid teachers in doing more for and with their students.

Teacher Closet is a community resource available to ANY school employee with a valid school district ID. To shop Teacher Closet, please email: [email protected] to make an appointment.

Teacher Closet is now located at a new address! We are located at the former Bryan ISD Copy Center, 1918 N. Earl Rudder Fwy, Bryan, TX 77808.

Teacher Closet is ALWAYS accepting donations! We accept new items. We rely on our community to purchase and donate these items and even have an Amazon Wishlist for easy online shopping. Donations can be dropped off in our donation bins, located in front of the Teacher Closet building during Bryan ISD business hours.
